Knee pain is so common, that if you do not hurt, you know someone who does. The worst thing about knee pain is that although it is not very strong, it becomes so annoying that we prefer not to exercise or even walk. Analgesics do not solve it completely and also if taken for long periods they can have dangerous adverse effects.

Luckily, there are several natural remedies that can help the pain of knees, one of the most effective being the egg yolk.

Although at first sight it sounds false that a bit of egg yolk can solve such a big problem we have to think that eggs have a high content of collagen, especially the yolk and shell membrane.

As you know, collagen is very effective when it comes to improving mobility, reducing inflammation and removing pain.

You will need to have:
1 egg (preferably organic)
Salt of the Himalayas
Plastic for wrapping

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. OPEN the egg carefully and separate the yolk from the white one.
2. REMOVE the shell membrane and mix with the yolk.
3. ADD a pinch of salt from the himalayas.
4. UNTA on the knee that bothers and seals with plastic wrap.
5. LEAVE to rest for 2 hours. Put your favorite movie on and rest.
