Federal Courtroom Rules Individuals Have zero Right to Video Political figures & Cops in Public


In a spectacular departure from precedent, the federal government appeals courtroom has decided that individuals don’t have any right to video people in politics and in addition law enforcement officials in public areas.

Contradicting half a dozen federal judges, the particular 8th Circuit Court of Appeals destroys freedom of expression privileges in maintaining a district courtroom conclusion, saying people don’t have the legal right to video ANY public authorities, political figures, law enforcement, among others – in public places.
