Pet Census –  More and more municipalities are beginning to develop censuses of pets in which they register what animals are in the municipality and who they are owned by.  This should be something of a mandatory nature, and in the same way that a person when buying a car is registered as its owner, you should do something similar with animals. I am not going to lie, I believe that a  dogs is part of the family  and as such should live at home together with man.  But it is also easy to understand the position of some families, especially those who have numerous animals and who feel that having all of them at home makes life very difficult.
