The Mysterious Explosion That Delayed Nord Stream 2: Who’s to Blame?: The Nord Stream 2 pipeline has been a topic of controversy since its inception. 

The pipeline, which runs from Russia to Germany, was supposed to provide a direct and secure route for Russian gas to flow to Europe. 

However, it has been at the center of disputes between Russia and the United States, with the latter trying to prevent the pipeline from being built. The project was nearly completed when a mysterious explosion occurred, delaying the final phase of construction. 

The explosion happened in the Baltic Sea, where the pipeline was being laid. Some blamed Putin and the Kremlin for the explosion, while others said it was an accident.
