France Covers Up Israeli Arms at Paris Air Show — Tel Aviv Cries Anti-Semitism: Israeli defense firms showed up at the Paris Air Show expecting to showcase their latest firepower. Instead, they got black curtains. French officials blocked Israeli manufacturers from displaying offensive weapons, particularly those currently being used in Gaza, citing an agreement that had explicitly banned such displays. Israel didn’t take it lightly — calling the move “bluntly anti-Semitic” and accusing France of hiding behind politics to shield their own defense industry from competition.
