Power Games and Pedestals: Musk, Trump, and the Epstein Files That Won’t Die: On Thursday, Musk posted a bombshell on X (formerly Twitter), claiming that Donald Trump’s name appears in the still-sealed Jeffrey Epstein files. He didn’t hint. He didn’t allude. He flat-out said it: “@realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public.” Then, almost tauntingly, he signed off with: “Have a nice day, DJT! Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.” And then—poof. Gone.
