Trump Administration Appeals Against Blockade of new Immigration Decree

The administration of President Donald Trump announced Friday that he appealed against the partial suspension decided by a federal judge of the State of Maryland of the second immigration decree that temporarily forbids the entry into the United States of travelers from six Muslim countries.

The appeal was filed in federal court in Greenbelt, Maryland. Judge Theodore Chuang had suspended part of the text on Thursday morning, focusing on the discontinuation measure for the six Muslim countries concerned, according to him “the long-sought concretion of the ban on Entrance (to the US) of the Muslims “.
