Grilled Tilapia
(For 4 servings)
INGREDIENTS
4 tilapia fillets
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then place the fish fillets, add the lemon juice and cover it.
Let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until ready. Once it is ready, season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Serve hot with asparagus or vegetables of your choice.
