Trump a No Show at White House Correspondent Dinner

President Donald Trump announced today that he will break with tradition and will not attend the White House correspondent dinner, an important social event that provides an opportunity to make jokes and lighten tensions between the government and the press.


“I will not attend the White House correspondent dinner this year. Please, I wish you all well and have a great night! “Trump said in his Twitter account.

The president yesterday again attacked the mass media, which he called “dishonest”, the “enemy of the people” and disseminate-rs of “false news”.
