The stop-and-start nature of U.S. executions in recent years hit another speed bump this week when a judge found Ohio’s latest lethal injection procedure unconstitutional. Struggles by states to find drugs and put inmates to death amid legal challenges come as executions continue to decline sharply.

Death of young puppy aboard United flight triggers United States department inquiry

United Airlines dealt with new reactions on Wednesday regarding a young puppy dog which passed away in-flight soon after an attendant ordered it stored in an overhead box.
