Knee pain is so common, that if you do not hurt, you know someone who does. You will need to have:
1 egg (preferably organic)
Salt of the Himalayas
Plastic for wrapping

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. OPEN the egg carefully and separate the yolk from the white one.
2. REMOVE the shell membrane and mix with the yolk.
3. ADD a pinch of salt from the himalayas.
4. UNTA on the knee that bothers and seals with plastic wrap.
5. LEAVE to rest for 2 hours. Put your favorite movie on and rest.
