Melania Trump gets Annoyed with Ivana Trump, who says she is the First Lady

Ivana Trump, the first wife of US President Donald Trump, provoked an angry reaction from the president’s current wife, Melania Trump, on Monday.

In an interview with ABC News, Ivana Trump, who is conducting an intense campaign to promote her book, attributed to herself, jokingly, the title of “first lady.”

“I have a direct number with the White House, but I do not want to call it because Melania is there,” Ivana said in recalling her contacts with her ex-husband.

“And I do not want to be jealous or anything because I’m Trump’s first woman. Okay? I am the first lady, “she added with a laugh.

The current wife of the president made it known through a spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, that she had not liked at all the joke of Ivana.

Melania Trump “loves to live in Washington DC and is honored for her role as first lady of the United States,” said Grisham, quoted by CNN.

“She intends to use this title to help children, not to sell books. There is clearly no basis in this statement from an ex.

Unfortunately it is pure noise to attract attention, “she added.

Ivana Trump, 68, is the mother of Donald Trump‘s first three children: Donald Jr, Ivanka and Eric.

The real estate tycoon had two other children: Tiffany Trump, with his second wife, the actress Marla Maples, and Barron Trump (who lives in the White House) with Melania Trump.
