Disney Buys Fox Assets Valued at $52,400 million

NY (Conspiracy Talk News) – The Walt Disney group announced Thursday the purchase of various assets of the 21st Century Fox consortium valued at about $52,400 million.

Through the terms of the “definitive agreement” of this operation, Disney will take over Fox’s film and television studios and other branches of its international cable and television business.

In addition, the buyer assumes the debt from Fox of $13,700 million, which raises the operation with transaction to about $66,100 million.
