NY (conspiracy Talk News) – Actor Dustin Hoffman had a tense argument Monday night with television presenter John Oliver, who questioned him for giving insufficient explanations regarding the allegations of sexual harassment against him.
During a one-hour debate in New York on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the satirical film “Wag the Dog,” the 80-year-old veteran Hollywood actor received strong criticism from Oliver, known for his incisive style as host of the weekly show”, from HBO.

Hoffman even at one point invoked his role in “Tootsie” (1982), where he plays a woman, to explain how he had realized “that men were aggressive” with women.
The discussion illustrates the current climate in the United States, since the Weinstein case broke out not a day goes by without a man of power being accused of sexual harassment or abuse.
