Melania Trump Is In The Spotlight Again

WASHINGTON – Melania Trump’s office is fed up with the speculation about marital conflicts in the White House.

Stephanie Grisham, spokeswoman for the first lady, turned to Twitter on Friday to criticize “the totally false reports” about Melania that have emerged in recent days.

She wrote “The long list of salacious and totally false reports about Mrs. Trump made by tabloids and television shows has leaked to ‘the mainstream media’.”

Mrs. Trump is focused on her family and her role as first lady, “not in the unreal scenarios propagated daily by false news.”

The Daily Mail reported Friday that Mrs Trump has spent several nights in a Washington hotel after reports of accusations by porn actress Stormy Daniels that she had an affair with Donald Trump in 2006, shortly after he married Melania.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump’s personal lawyer orchestrated a payment of $130,000 to Daniels in October 2016 to prohibit her from speaking publicly about the alleged love affair before the election. Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, will perform on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” On Tuesday after the president’s address on the State of the Union.

First, Mrs. Trump would accompany her husband to the economic forum in Davos, Switzerland, this week.

But his office indicated on Tuesday, a day before the president left, that the first lady would not go because of logistical and calendar difficulties, without giving more details.

“But you know who’s not mad at Trump for screwing a porn star? The evangelicals!” exclaimed Maher, beside himself at the hypocrisy. “Did you see this? Their head dude said we give him ‘a mulligan.’ A mulligan! One little blemish on an otherwise spotless Christian life. I’m not sure a mulligan gets you from Trump’s life to a life of a decent human being. I think the word for that is: reincarnation.”

Melania Trump visited the American Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington before the International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Holocaust Victims.

She has accompanied her husband on other trips abroad.
