Trump denounces “unjust” judicial system for decision on DACA immigrants program

WASHINGTON (Conspiracy Talk News) – US President Donald Trump on Wednesday denounced a “broken” and “unjust” judicial system, following a decision blocking his order not to renew the DACA immigrants program, which temporarily legalises hundreds of thousands of immigrants. .

“It is clear that our judicial system is broken and unfair when the opposition in a case (as in DACA) always uses the Ninth Circuit 1/8 in San Francisco 3/8 and they always win, before that is reversed in superior courts” Trump said on the Twitter the network.

On Tuesday night, Judge William Alsup of San Francisco surprised the country by ordering “to maintain the DACA program at the national level under the same terms and conditions as it was before on September 5th, 2017.” thus blocking Trump’s decision not to renew that measure.

That program, approved by former President Barack Obama in 2012, protected from deporting thousands of undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as children, known as “dreamers“, and it is estimated that until last year it benefited about 690,000 people .

Earlier Wednesday, White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders considered Judge Alsup’s decision “scandalous”.
