Parents shackled own kids and tortured them at the family home

CALIFORNIA (Conspiracy Talk News) – Two guardians or parents have been captured in California after police discovered 13 individuals purportedly being held hostage at their home, including some “shackled to their beds with chains and locks”.

David Allen Turpin, 57, and Louise Anna Turpin, 49, were held on charges of torment, torture and child risk or endangerment.

The 13 individuals – ranging from 2 and 29 – were found in a house in Perris, 59 miles (95 km) south-east of Los Angeles, police say.

All of them apparently were related.

Officers were informed by one of the victims, who on Sunday figured out how to escape and call the crisis number “from a phone she found inside the house”, the Riverside Sheriff’s Department said in this announcement.

The young lady – who police said was “just 10 years of age and somewhat emaciated” – asserted that 12 of her kin were being held hostage by their parents.

Cops later found “a few youngsters shackled to their beds with chains and latches in a dull and noxious environment”.

The officers were “stunned” to find that seven of those held in the house were grown-ups 18 and 29.

“The casualties gave off an impression of being malnourished and extremely filthy,” the police said.

Every one of the casualties are currently being taken care of in neighbourhood healing centres.
